Bento no. 2: Onigiri & hoummous dips
One of my first bento lunch – shape-pressed brown rice onigris with a side of red pepper hoummous dips and crudities of carrots & peppers.
Onigris are mixed in with home made carrot, nori & sesame furikake, pressed into shapes with vegetable cutouts for faces. The hoummous is store bought – very delicious M&S hoummous with red pepper. Served with a side of conference pear. I do love the pressed onigri shapes :).
